This game was an absolute blast to play, but it did raise a question that I still can't answer. Was I guarding the caravan or was the caravan guarding me?
Cool work! I think it can be a nice addition even to broader and more classical TTRPG adventures for "Escort" type of quests.
Question: based on the "Guard the caravan. Don't die. Get paid" and specifically the "Get paid" part, have you thought of a treasure / bounty / prize system for which at every completed run the players can get some kind of powerup or growth?
I think it might add both motivation and replayability value. Best!
I would love to have a treasure system and/or some kind of growth system in the game. If we ever expand it to a booklet size we'll definitely add those in, and more encounter tables to increase replayability as well!

The caravan was the friends we made along the way,
